It's called the Pagemaster. It's about a boy (mcCauley Culkin or however his name is spelled, sorry lol the kid from home alone) who is overly cautious and ends up in a cartoon library world where books come to life. He has to find the exit to go back home to the real world. It's on DVD now so you should be able to find it at just about any store that sells lots of DVDs. I think I saw it at walmart once.
