What's the title of this movie?!
Question: It was show on Sky Movies several times a few years ago and I can't remember the title but anyway the storyline went something like this:
There was this middle aged guy who had a wife and a teenage son and he worked for some sort of tractor company. The guy suddenly decided he wanted to be a woman one day and his boss had to promote him to an office job in the company to stop him getting bullied, because in his words they were "a very meat and two veg kind of a crew" and he couldn't fire him.
Anyone know this movie?

I am pretty sure you are thinking of "Normal," a HBO movie from 2003 starring Tom Wilkinson. Good flick.
