Which animated Disney "Villain" is the "Best" villain ever?!
Question: Think about this before you answer. I am looking for animated badguys/gals, (Nothing from live action films). I also want to consider the First film in a series only (Not any of the ubiquitous 'straight to DVD sequals' that accompany many Disney animated films.
Which Disney Villain did the best job of just being a villain- (best motive, best means to carry out the evil plan, etc).

ooh good question, there are so many good villains to choose from! I'd have to say Scar from The Lion King. He is so mean, jealous, and power hungry that he betrays his own brother and murders him to become King. He has been compared to Shakespearian characters like Claudius in 'Hamlet' - thats pretty deep. Also Jeremy Irons does a great job creating an evil voice and character for him. He's sly, manipulative, deceitful and sneaky, an evil genius really! Everything you could want from a Disney villain?!
1) Scar from Lion King is my favorite.
2) Chernabog from Night on Bald Mountain.
Maleficient (from Sleeping Beauty) was the most wicked villian EVER!
It's gotta be Cruela deVil. What could be more evil than wanting to kill puppies to make a coat.

Hands down - Nobody tops Scar!!
I'd have to say scar from the lion king is the most evil because he attempts to kill his own nephew and succeeds in killing his brother, that to me is terrible when a family member would do something so cruel. Malificient is the CREEPIEST villian not as the dragon just as the witch.
Ursula (sp) from The Little Mermaid is pretty scary. She is the epitome of evil. Evil can change its appearance to deceive and lure people in.

Cruella de Ville in 101 Dalmations. No contest I'm afraid, she's the most evil of them all.
Im going to have to disagree with Scar, although Lion King is certainly one of the best disney movies of all times, he ends up getting killed! No "Best villian" would be killed! Jafar was quite scary.. but im gonna have to say the best villian is Cruella De Vil. Skins puppies and wears them!! Sick and evil
Jafar. What a creepy jerk! I think if they came to real life I would be the most scared of him (well besides Scar actually being a lion). haha
Ok as for motive- he was super greedy and manipulated everyone around him.
As for his evil plan execution- I think he did pretty well if it weren't for that pesky Aladdin (my fave). I mean- he got pretty close to killing off all of them or making them unable to fight.
I also like him cuz he has a little bit of wit to him.
By the way- is this for a paper or something? haha

The evil step-mother in Cinderella. She is truly menacing.
Cruella De Vil, she scared so much when I was younger!! Like that part at the end of 101 Dalmations and shes in her car with her crazy red eyes, It freaked me out and I would hide behind the couch everytime. (I was 4)
The Horned King from The Black Cauldron. why? because he was pure evil
