It's a tough one. As far as laughing nearly non-stop the first time I saw it, that would be Anchorman and The 40 Year Old Virgin, but not as funny second time around (still both very good).
Shaun Of The Dead and Knocked Up were the opposite, the more I see it the funnier it is.
The PArty 1966 starring the late Peter Sellers,an absolute hilarious film,especially when seen for the first time.Sellers was a genius with comedy
