I watched 28 Days Later and I know I'll NEVER be watching it again. Then I sawa comadey program that parodied it and called it 28 Gays Later. I got over it then!

watch a few nice movies to get the bad one out of your head!!!

remember that when it was filmed there were loads of camera men around and that it was fake....apart from beneath haha jokin

think of other things before going to sleep, watch nicer films or the sure way also the most scary way is to go to the toilet on your own and see that there is nothing there.

It's only a movie. Take responsibility for yourself and stop watching scary movies if they affect you so badly.

Sleep with the light on for a few nights. :) And a teddy!

Whenever I watch a scary movie that I can't get out of my head, I watch a good Hollywood Classic, nice and pure... Like Breakfast at Tiffanys or The Wizard of Oz, or Mary Poppins! And I have a TV in my room, so I leave it on with the sound muted so it's not so lonely!

Bottom line is, it is not true and people like us made that movie. Instead of thinking of the ghostly and scary stuff, think of how was it made to look real. Think of the art and talents that went on to it that made you scared. Expose yourself with plenty of that kind of movie so that you will get used to it. Eventually, you will get tired getting scared and would tend to compare how bad or good the effects of each movie that you have watched. That is how I overcame my fear. Good luck!???

Rent the movie on DVD and then watch the extra features, usually including a short 'Making Of' documentary or a Commentary by the actors/director/producer of the movie. This will help to remind you that the movie is not real. It took a lot of people, a lot of time, work and effort to create it and make it look convincing and scary! Think of every scene, shot and camera angle from a technical point of view - the director and editors designed the movie to frighten you... Looks like they did a good job, im going to have to check out this movie 'Beneath'...

If you are watching the DVD of it at home, most have "the making of" in the special features. Watch that after the movie.

If it's a movie you're watching in a theater, keep a light on that night.

: )

watch jungle book after it

To get over it for me I:
listened to my favourite songs turned up really loud and solely concentrated on them until I finally fell asleep

Reminded myself it was fake

Watched another movie and thought of that

read a book (similar to above)

Did homework (it worked though...)

thought of something particularly philosophical and thoguth about that the whole night.

They are some things which helped me and of course sleep with a light on!!! Also in regards to going to the toilet...go before you need to sleep and don't drink much water so you don't have to go in the middle of the night...

Good luck!

watch a lot of cartoons after the movie, this will clear your head

If you wanna really scare the crap outa yourself then watch it again!

If you want to get it outa your head then go and watch Smokey and the Bandit!!!

One of my favorite movies! =)

Don't watch
