The name of that tango tune is "Por Una Cabeza", it's very famous.

It's actually a portion of an infamous song called "Gloomy Sunday," a song on which thousands of suicides are blamed! Really! It was written in the 1930s, and it's about a person considering suicide. In "Scent of a Woman" Al Pacino dances to the same tune. In "Schindler's List" Oscar has it playing as he prepares for his first contact with the Nazis in Poland.
