Mine is Jaws. The main three actors are fantastic, and the speech and dynamic between them is really great. Plus it is a horror/thriller... it has both excitement and quality.

Apollo 13, great story.
Forrest Gump and the notebook
Shawshank Redemption. Morgan Freeman is the best!
Hulk (Ang Lee version), pish-posh on the approving critics with this new Ed Norton and Liv tyler celebrity-star crap.
The scenes where hulk dodges the squad of apache gunships and gets into a mutated dog fight are my kind of godzilla.
