In my opinion it's the second. Let each have his own, though.

but, i'd rather watch number 3.
1 or 2 . its hard to choose. but surely not 3. 3 is bad and disappointing. too draggy.. actions lacking.. well anyway hope 4's can keep up the standard
im a huge fan of the spiderman movies. i love all of them. but i would have to say that part two was the best.
i hope there is a part four.
