Need Help Cant Figure Movie I Used To Watch?!
Question: Ok well the other day i really got stumped on a movie i remember from wen i was younger, it is from the early 90's i think, it's someone like ninja turtles or something, the only parts i can remember is The enemy is Green goop that blobs onto a throne, it used to be human, the main characters travel down an ice shot thing on a mattress, and there is this big ugly monster thing with a harmonica to its mouth, he is nice and helps the main characters and used to be a human as well
i know it is confusing and all that but i totally cant figure it out and it is driving me insane

The dinosaur with the harmonica was in the elevator and luigi and mario made them dance....ha ha I remember watching this movie.
Could it be the Might Morphing Power Rangers first movie? with Ivan as the enemy, which is green gloop, sorta and the rangers anr kinda like ninja turtle, but you know, humaner. Anyhelp? any more details?
