Unicorn movie?!
Question: Okay this may sound stupid but when I was little in like grade 1 we watched this movie or like series or something and it was about unicorns and they needed to collect keys to get through a gate or something.
Just seeing if anyone might have any ideas on what this may have been called? Oh and also it wasnt cartoony, it was like real life kind of shot

I know that it's not "Legend" though there are unicorns. There are no keys involved. One of the unicorns has its horn severed and stolen, and its mate is captured to be killed later. Of course, the denizens of the enchanted forest must try to rescue them from the satanic-looking Lord of Darkness. This one is live action but doesn't match your description.
It isn't "The Last Unicorn" either. The rest of her kind are trapped in the ocean's surf, trying again and again to come back to the land. Their way is barred by the Red Bull till she is able to help them by changing from the human shape she is hiding in back to her true form. Of course, it's animated.
I'll look around because there are not that many live-action unicorns in films. One I do know of is this:

I know that the unicorn and the boy pass through a sort of gateway into the unicorn's world, where there might be other unicorns. But, I don't recall much of the story since it's been a very long time since I've seen it.

Well, they don't mention a gate, keys or other unicorns. So, I guess I struck out again.
