What anime would my girlfriend like?!

Try Pom Poko, it is a really good movie about these Raccoons that can shapeshift after people are building on their land and tearing down their habitats. I think there are a few deaths but not like bloody whatsoever. Really try it!

Well, a few of my friends are exactly the same. I would suggest Eureka Seven, Gundam Seed/Destiny or Black Cat. Although, all of them have a little bit of violence. Rarely will you see any blood if any.
That's easy. You don't have a girlfriend. Girls don't like anime. My recommendation is that you stop watching it and take up sports.
