DVD Collectors! Any good films?!
Question: I'm an avid DVD collector although my collection is small, so is my budget. I was wondering if... first.. are there that many people who collect DVDs? And secondly.. has anyone seen any good films.. ever? I know this is vague but i have a list that needs adding to!
I don't have any particular tastes, atlhough my leat favourite is probably hardcore action. I like clever action but it can get abit boring. P.s i'm a 17 year old englihs girl. Last film(s) i bought (i bought 7) were Labyrinth, Hook, HSM (how embarrasing!), Speed, A Knights Tale (R.I.P Heath lol), Back to the Future and Splash.
My favourite film of all time is Lolita (2001) and close contenders are Pocahontas (i'm sorry every 90's kid has a favourite disney), The Breakfast Club, Catch Me If You Can, Casino Royale and Donnie Darko.

I have 497 DVDs. I like many movies. Those people who say 'Hollywood makes crap and there are no good movies' get on my nerves. Hollywood has its ups and its downs. Go to Yahoo movies, and click on the highest rated movies of all time, and thats a good place to start to help you find some good movies.
I have some new ones to add to my list, but I had 815 or so earlier. I have an all-region DVD player for my world movies. USA is Region 1 NTSC. Japan and most of Europe and the mid-East are Region 2. Hong Kong and nearby areas are Region 3. Red China is Region 6. If you need some Japanese, Chinese, French, German, etc., I can help.
I don't collect movies, but I do buy movies. Here are some that I think you should see/rent/buy:

They're releasing a new "Bonnie & Clyde (1967)" special edition DVD, you should try to get that.
I think it will be released in a week or something.
