Does ANYONE recall this scene from The Empire Strikes Back?!

Question: I haven't been able to find it anywhere... DVD additional scenes, edited for TV version... nowhere.

Luke has lost his hand and is hanging off the walkway there in the Cloud City. Darth Vader says that Luke should join him. Luke replies by letting go of the walkway and falls to the bottom of the shaft.

EXCEPT

I recall a slightly different scene where after Luke lets go, Vader closes his fist and uses the Force to raise Luke back up, level with the walkway. When he sees the look on Luke's face - that he won't change his mind - he drops his fist and Luke THEN plummets down the airshaft.

No one recalls this scene, and I can't find it anywhere. But I swear I can see it plain as day. Does ANYONE know where the heck I saw this?

three posibilities:
1. A Dream
2. You were with George Lucas and saw that before it went on the cutting room floor.
3. You are insane.

i recall it seen them in the new dvds versions ......

I can only assume you have convinced yourself this is a genuine scene.

you probably saw it in the deleted scenes of one of its dvds, i remember it but i dont think its in the original movie
could also have been unedited version

the first scene you described is from the movie. the second scene may have been from robot chicken.

Don't recall that scene in any way shape or form. Are you sure you didn't read a graphic novelization of the film and it was in there?

i'm pretty sure that its a deleted scene, because i remember parts of it. but at the same time, the first one you described is the theatrical version. so i would check the deleted scenes.

i've never seen it i have the originals on vhs and its not in there i've watched it a million times. maybe you saw a spoof or a deleted scene or something, all i know is that its not in the normal movie.u should watch them on spike sometime in early april i think then you will see the normal version.
