HArry potter fans? Spoiler ALERT!!!?!

Question: I Really really hate Jk Rowling for putting Ginny Weasley and Harry together. Ginny's such an idiot! So girly and she doesn't come great for Harry. After all Harry's done with Ron and HErmione, Why didnt he have a little time with Cho? She could've came back and married Harry.I mean what's With Ginny?SHES A NO BOUNDED FREAK! I mean first book great 2nd book awesome 3rd book great 4 booke cool! 5thbook getting weird but still good 6th book great 7th book.... i give it a zero percent for it has nooooo adventures at all. AND GINNT AND HARRY? IT WAS THE ENDING! Would have gave it 100 great if it would do without the 19 years later. And naming their own child after his dead parents? ANd a headmaster? TO or for what? In memories of HArry's dead parents? Or to wish his children would die just like his own parents did? And makme a hero out of there son???What is the meaning of this? What do you think ?

aw
i liked Albus Severus!
but i didn't get the whole James and Lily thing
it was kind of stupid
and i know!
Ginny and Harry was totally gross
personally, i thought Harry and Cho would have made a better match
i liked her
but she was all obsessed with Cedric.
and i was so disappointed with the ending!
like he "dies" *quote quote*
and comes back to life
what the heck?
so like i cried when he "died" for nothing?
(i know stupid, but i felt bad)

and she killed sooo many people!
And when i met her, and people asked her, she said so we could feel the intensity of the whole war thing.
But why Lupin?
he just had a freeking son!!!
hmph.
all of it was kind of stupid.

and she good have done better

Well thanks for the heads up, it doesn't really bother me too much though honestly.

LMFAO i havnt read any of the latest books but thats just funny

I think you missed the entire point of the series, if you're saying the last book was that awful. I think the last book was one of the best, a very strong ending. Not everything was happy, which I found to be much more realistic. I'm not a big fan of the epilogue either as I would have preferred to make my own assumptions about what happened, but J.K. Rowling created those characters and "lived" with them for a decade; I think it's well within her right to tell us what happened to them.

I don't see how you can call Ginny girly and Cho not. Cho was the one enamored with Valentine's Day and wanted Harry to hold her hands and kiss her at the cafe, then she got mad when he didn't. I think Ginny was a much more well-rounded character than Cho, and I don't really think she was girly (Cho didn't do a lot of fighting, nor did she play Quidditch).

People often give their children the name of someone who meant a lot to them. My boyfriend's cousin was named after his father's best friend in Vietnam, who was killed during the war. Does his father want him to die? No. He wanted his friend to live on in spirit. I have the same middle name as my grandmother. My cousin is giving their firstborn son the same middle name as his late father. This is quite a common occurrence, actually, so I didn't think anything of it when Harry and Ginny named their children after his parents (whom he loves and misses) and his headmaster (who he idolized and owes quite a lot).

First off ... Ginny is probably the most powerful witch or wizard to come out of Hogwarts during the book years. She could match Harry spell for spell and there were defiantly times that she did something and shocked herself.

The 7th book was really bad to be honest with you. A lot of stuff that Rowling said would be in the books (i.e. Someone would do magic very late in life. i.e. We would find out what Dudley saw during the Dementor attack).

The Deathly Hallows had absolutely nothing to do with the outcome of the story. It was all just a distraction basically, it didn't even really drive the plot. The Cloak was already in Harry's possession for years so why do I care? The ring was already disenchanted; what good does that do? The elder wand ... omg the elder wand. The elder wand is a wand that cannot lose a duel. That is the idea behind it. What didn't we see the elder wand do? Win. Dumbledor win it after dueling with his former friend (sorry I forget his name) who is using it. Voldamort has the wand when he is dueling harry and losses at the end. If you are going to have a wand that can never lose then make the wand not lose.

And on the though of Voldamort. He kills Harry ... ... again. Just like before in the original book. Voldamort uses the killing curse on Harry and Harry is not killed by it. Then later the same curse backfires ... AGAIN ... just like when Voldamort was originally killed. Originality is a great thing. Recycling the same events only works if you are thinking cyclical and tying everything together. This story doesn't there is no real parallels between past and present so doing it this way does nothing for the story.

Yes the last few pages were crap. If you were going to look ahead a few years into the future you needed to actually talk what happens to everyone. What happened to Hogwarts? Is it still open? Who is the headmaster now? Simple things like this not "lets go have a scene on a train so we can show Harry's son hookin' up with his cousin"

I could have written a better ending to this story after book 5. Book 6 was good if she kept going with it, but book 7 was only there to either finish the story or possibly to leave book 8 open. Rubbish.

I liked it, kinda twisted, the 19 yrs later thing was cool too, nice way to end a series...

Ginny was a much stronger character than Cho was. All Cho did was cry. Ginny was in love with Harry since she was a kid but grew up and moved on te become the funny, caring, tough young woman that JKR made her. She and Harry make a very good couple as well as Ron and Hermione. I loved Book 7 and the epilogue. All of it was great and I can't wait for the last two movies!

Ginny and Harry are a better match than Cho in my opinion (and in JK Rowling's). Ginny is definately NOT an idiot ok. She was much more conscientious and caring. After Cedric died, Cho became depressive and after, Harry became much more interested in Ginny.

The 7th book is an adventure!!! I think it is the best book in the series! It is a quest to find the hidden horcruxes that still tie Voldemort to life. It is the way to finally destroy him for good. All is explained fully in the last book - The link between Harry and Lord Voldemort, Snape's Intentions, and the end of Tom Riddle.
JK Rowling is a brilliant writer. All this time it has been Harry who had to die to kill Voldemort in the end. But Voldemort had tied their fates in the fourth book when he created his new body from Harry's blood. How can you give it 0%?

The epilogue at the end I would agree wasnt entirely necessary to the story. BUT, it was nice to know what happened to them in the future. I think it was a great gesture to the people who had given their lives to Harry that he name his children after them. His parents - who gave there lives to protect him in the beginning, Dumbledore - for giving Harry a home at Hogwarts, and Severus - for all of this time, unknowingly to Harry or Voldemort, helping to keep little Harry Potter alive for the sake of the person Snape loved the most, Harry's mother Lily, so her death would not be in vain.

This is my opinion and I stand by it. The series was great and the last book being my favourite. Excellent work JK Rowling! We all felt that her characters are real. I cant wait for the 6th and 7th movies.
