I think its already out on DVD.. I've seen an axxo dvd rip & that wouldn't be possible without the DVD, would it?

I already got it a long time ago, but it's pirated, good quality though, I never buy real DVDs where I live. If the movie has a lot of special effects and stuff, I'll go to the cinema, if its something like a drama or whatnot, i'll buy it from the guy in front of the 7-11! For dirt cheap too!
