Did anyone watch the movie shutter yet?!

She did kill herself, but only after being drugged and raped by Ben's friends (Bruno and Adam). They took pictures of it and that's why she was "inside" the camera.
Then at the end after Jane finds out that she was raped, Ben tried to kill himself but fails and ends up in a mental hospital, and she still hasn't gone away.
I haven't seen it yet, but Rotten Tomatoes gave it horrible ratings.
I haven't seen the remake but I recently watched the original. I've heard nothing but bad things about it. They give away the big reveal from the original in the previews for the new one. Just like with the remake of The Eye. They gave away the big reveal from that one in the first scene. What is that about? Why must they do that?
