About the same as it does now and it did when Blade Runner was filmed (about 1986). It might be a bit less smoggy, if the trend for cutting down on petrol continues. There won't be any massive pyramid structures that's for sure.

EDIT: Chick with the black hair is Sean Young. If you can find a copy of 'No Way Out' try that, the limousine scene in particular. It is a Kevin Costner film but don't let that put you off.
