Question about the Movie "Alien" starring Sigourney Weaver?!
Question: Hi! I would to know how the Alien queen aboarded the escape ship just moments before the planet blows up in the movie "Alien". Because in the movie it is not shown clearly how such a huge creature like the queen could get on the spacecraft.

I mean, the queen evidently know how to use an elevator, but how does she board the plane?

I'm really puzzled.
You mean the second one (Aliens). As the dropship takes off, the film shows the landing gear retracting and tearing off a whole load of scrap metal from the platform Ripley and Newt were standing on. As the dropship has two sets of landing gear (one on each side) and the Queen is shown emerging from the landing gear, one can only assume she climbed inside the one that isn't shown retracting.
Human beings have stowed away on planes in this manner in order to enter countries illegally. Most of them froze to death - it's way below zero at the altitude planes fly, the cabins are only warm because they are pressurized - but some have survived.
EDIT: You can see the 2 landing apparatus earlier on in the film (on the first dropship, the one that crashes). They are a bit like the skis on a helicopter, only much bigger... big enough to accomodate the Queen inside the hollow into which they retract. Also bear in mind the aliens are resistant to hostile environments and can even survive in the vacuum of space for a short while, as the one in the first film did.
She obviously had a boarding pass that nobody noticed.......lol sorry I dont think your meant to actually think about this and just accept that they had to make a final fight
She got on/latched on while the ship was just leaving the platform (after picking up Weaver and the little girl). When they got to the mother ship in orbit, they docked the smaller ship inside.
