There is no question, why in the hell would anyone think any different. It's a classic. It won Oscars for God's sake. Tom Hanks gave one of the greatest performances. I'll give you one reason and one reason only of why it is one of the greatest of all times......

I give it a 10. It has become a classic.
I would say a 10. It's one of the best movies of all time. The soundtrack alone is one of the biggest impacts on the movie...it fits so well. And the fact that there are more life lessons in it then any other...that's what makes Forrest Gump an astonishing movie:)

To me, Forrest Gump is just an overrated funny movie.
Sure it was funny, but it didn't have good film-making quality and it didn't really captivate me. (I don't know, maybe because I dislike Tom Hanks...)
