Hmm, in Lord of the Rings, Fellowship of the Ring, there is a point where Aragorn bumps the camera. It is when they are on the journey to Rivendell and before they get to Weathertop. He says "Into the wild" and bumps the camera.
Jurassic Park is full of them, especially in the scene with Hammond visiting Alan and Elly in the beginning.

Oh yeah, in the second Home Alone when Harry and Marv are at the skating rink talking about robbing the toy store, Marv's hair changes several times. :-)
on titanic in the dining room scene when they are all eating and jack is there he starts to write on a white note, but when he gives it to rose its yellow.
and you can always tell in any movie if they had to redo the scene because sometimes their hair is different or they tucked in or out their shirt.

At the end of the film when Brian was writing the essay/letter, he kisses the paper. You can clearly see that there is nothing written on the paper
During the discussion the Club has while sitting on the floor, Claire's hairstyle changes back and forth from one shot to the next

The Matrix: In the scene where Agent Smith is interrogating Neo, after Smith has sealed Neo's mouth shut and he is backed into the corner, when the camera cuts back to Smith you can clearly see a reflection in his glasses of Neo still sitting down in the chair.
When Harry Met Sally: During the Lake Shore Drive scene, during the late 1970's, check the model years of the passing cars. There's at least one Ford Taurus which did not debut until the 1984 model year.
The Godfather: When Sonny is shot at the toll booth the front windshield is torn apart by bullets yet when the bodyguards arrive thirty seconds later, the windshield is intact.

whoa. there's soooo many. for starters, there are so many mistakes in Lethal Weapon, Alien, and Star Wars (esp.) that it would take an hour to list them. One of my favorites is in Raiders of the Lost Ark. The guy who translates the staff headpiece says that the staff should be "six cadams high." Indy says, "that's about 72 inches." Then, turning the headpiece over, "Wait - take back one cadam to honor God." so that's about 5 feet now, right? But when Indy goes to the map room, the staff is much taller than him - it looks like it's about seven feet at least. Another cool one is in Titanic - when Rose arruves in New York, half asleep, she looks up at the Statue of Liberty, and it's green. The Statue of Liberty, made of copper, was brown from 1886 to about 1921. So in 1912, when the Titanic sank, it should have still been brown.
Last one - in Never Been Kissed, when Drew Barrymore is hanging out with the Math Club, they have a pi poster with 3.1457869986. The value of pi is 3.1415926535.
