I love "revenge of the Nerds"! Being a Nerd/Dork/SciFi Nut I think anything I really like is probably nerdy. Having said that.....MY favorite movie of all time is
"5th Element"

40 year old Virgin is not a NERD movie. It's a gangster movie but anyways Monty Phython and the Holy Grail, star trek, planet of the Apes with mark walberg. That's a pretty good start if ask me

I think you've already hit the highlights in terms of the best "nerd flicks." The only other ones I can think of don't have the nerds as stars, but they get to come off as good guys making a difference:

Also, honorable mention to Jurassic Park - there's enough high-tech in it that it's a little geeky anyway, and the nerd in the picture (Dennis Nedry) **does** play a major role, albeit as a bad guy.
