Yes you can do it easily by "Windows Movie Maker."
Start- Programs- Windows Movie Maker.
Try it. in case you failed or could not control, you can send the movie to me, and I will do it for you without cost.
if you have an imac computer, install the program handbrake.

Try using Limewire, or may be ... ise video maker to cut a certain part of a movie out of the film!

There are 2 ways of doing it. The long, and possibly best, way is to use a program like Ulead VideoStudio to load up the movie and then chop the unwanted bits out until you have your clip. This way is pretty memory hungry, so best on a powerful computer. The other way is to find a program like grabbit which will grab a screen of clip from a running movie
