holy crap i just went and saw it today.
what happens is on the couple's honeymoon it starts when the wife thinks she's runover a girl. they eventually find out its her husband's ex-girlfriend. the girl follows them around all the way from their wedding to when they comeback from their honeymoon. what ends up happening is the girl is getting revenge after she's dead. after the husband broke up with the girl, she begins following him. so him and his 2 friends give her like intense sleeping pills (i think it was date rape) and end up raping her. and the husband takes pictures of it, thats how his wife finds out. so the girl kills the 2 friends and manages to get the third guy into an insane asylum.

Yup, saw it almost 3 years ago. All I can say is that it sent shivers down my spine and it took weeks for me not to be scared anymore everytime I remember watching it. But I think it serves more as a lesson to guys out there. When you've watched it, you would finally understand why.
P.S. the last part was the shocker of all. at least to me.
