Question: talking moose head mount on the front of a home made boat.
My friend said is was a kid's movie, like
NeverEnding Story 1 and 2.
But, I don't remember it.
Any ideas? It would be from the 80s or 90s I think.

...that sounds a lot like the Gump, in Disney's "Return to Oz", from 1985...

Return to Oz. Pretty good flick. the woman with all the heads freaked me out though. (more of a plane than a boat though)
