he does not like tracy its just he has her on his mind, because of the election and all of her interactions with it. i think that she should have won and i thought it was completely wrong from mr.mcallister to toss out a few votes because he didn't like tracy
He's attracted to her for a moment (which he asks on) but he gets over that in a hurry, and hates her
no he doesn't like her and blames her for what happened to his friend. he despises her smugness - how can she just go on when she's ruined his friend's life/marriage.
