What did you think of THELMA AND LOUISE?!
Question: I have always been told about this movie and finally one day I rented it out. When it got to the end, I just couldn't believe they drove off the cliff! I was in hysterics! I cried for five minutes.. .then saw that the DVD had an alternative ending.. so I selected that ending, hoping that they would not drive off the cliff. and it just showed it from a DIFFERENT ANGLE!!!!

Yeah the ending is totally unexpected. I didn't see why they didn't just turn themselves in and deal with it.
I think they copped out. It was a pretty disappointing ending because it wasn't like they would have gotten the death penalty. They would've served a little time, no biggie. I didn't want them to die.
That alternate ending sucked.
I loved that movie and Brad Pitt was really hot back then.

I THOUGHT THE ENDING WAS STUPID. BUT IT DID LEAVE MANY HANGING ON A CLIFF....WHICH COULD BE POSSIBLE SINCE WE NEVER SEE ANYTHING BEYOND THAT AND SEQUALS HAVE BEEN MADE FROM LESS.....
that movie made me cry, i didn't want it to end
