How can the newspapers afford to keep giving away free DVDs?!
Question: I know most are older films but even so it must be costing them a loss in profits. Not only that but I bet the film company's are none too pleased because they are also losing money when people are getting the films for free.
I have stacks of them.

DVDs and Cd's cost only pennies to produce. The films and the music given away are a form of advertising. Their sales (the papers) go up with the film or music that they offer and the film/music companies get free advertising.
They definately WILL be making a huge profit which will counteract anything they have to spend on the movies. I know I never read a paper but I buy those with free DVD's that I like then chuck out paper but I supose some people will have a look at paper cos they paid for it and maybe buy again.
Where do you get theses papers
I live in UTAH Never seen such a thing
So I Have No Clue
