Best film - Last of the mohicans
Best action - gladiator
I don't like gladiator or braveheart too much, despite being well made films, as they portray themselves as historical movies yet have nothing to do with the historical events they depict. It amazes me the amount of people who think that the Roman Empire was felled by a gladiator. And Braveheart has even less to do with history.

Last Of The Mohicans is the best film followed by Gladiator and then Braveheart. I'm not all that keen on Braveheart but the battles were good.
braveheart, hands down.
Have to say....Gladiator was my favourite.
