Muslim and Jewish women, have you seen the movie "Arranged"?!
Question: It's about an Orthodox Jew and a Muslim girl who befriend each other and how they are going through the stages of finding a husband, and generally just living among people who are less modest than them. I was just wondering, if you have seen this movie, how you feel it depicts your life (close or not at all).

I'm a conservative Jew, and I have seen this movie. I've been to Israel, and although almost everyone there is orthodox, it is more modern than the movie. I'm not sure when it was made, but finding a husband is very similar as in the movie.
I'm neither Muslim or Jewish but it sounds like a really interesting film- I'm LDS and there's a lot of people who don't live by the same standards of modesty that I try to live and I guess as i'm trying to date etc, I'm also in the stages of finding a husband. It'd be interesting to compare and contrast the different cultures and beliefs. Is it in the video stores? where can I see it?
