FINALLY!!!! I think people on here are drones. Because honestly I was one of a few people saying what crap that movie was. Good God that was horrible. My friend and I went in to see it knowing it would be bad but I was shocked at just how bad. Good thing for you it was only $2.00. I think I paid full NYC price.

oooomg!! r yu serious??
that was the best movie ive seen a while!!
omg! that was incredible!! and the monster was frickin great as ever..!!! sooo original!!
cant wait for the dvd.. and the sequel!! yeaaaaaaaaaaaay

those movies make me sick i hate those

i really liked it actually had to wait til the 1st feb to see it tho cause im in the u.k. saw the trailer like a year ago and have been tracking it since - wasn't disappointed!

i think it was a good movie because it was very real
it looked like if New York got attacked by a giant monster a group of people could really go through what they did, i wouldn't let a monster get in the way of my girl i'd have to see if she was alive, also how they talked and had some real humor. Only thing is that it wasn't possible to live up to all the viral marketing hype on the internet especially with a $30 million dollar budget .not like any other movie and i can't wait until Cloverfield 2

I, personally, thought it was a decently good movie that tried it's best at recreating something that would happen (but most more than likely, won't in real life) if some Godzilla type monster did attack NYC. And also, it did it in a POV that some people just seem to loathe... the civilians point of view.

I thought it did a good job of showing the characters in a situation that's way over their heads.

But that's just me...

I've seen it. Ehh, i dont think it was a great movie, but i dont think it was that bad either. The only thing i didnt like is how it just ended so quickly. But the filming didn't bother me, it didnt make me sick. Plus i like weird monster attacking the city movies, haha so i guess thast another reason why i liked it.

ok, no, and now i guess i don't have to b/c i have read the entire movie right here. LOL, thanks for saving me a few bucks. (wink)

You spent $2.00 to see that?!? You're crazy. Just watching the previews made me want to gouge my eyes out with a plastic spoon. It looked absolutely terrible. How did they convince anyone to help them make that even? And what possessed people to see it? Was it one of those movies that was so bad you'd felt like you'd actually lost brain cells once you left the theater? I'm sorry you spent your money on it!

hi Irish Matt, no i have not seen it, thanks for the warning, blue
