"No Country For Old Men" movie Question?!

Question: I loved the movie but a few parts have me a little confused...
1. When the hit man with the terrible haircut enters the store and flips the coin with the guy who "married into the store," whats the significants/ symbolism?
2. Why did the hunter who took the money from the dead guy under the tree come back to bring the guy water? I know that he asked for it and I also know that the movie wouldn't have had a plot without him going back but WTF?
3. What is the significants of the guy driving with the two bodies in the back of his truck with the tarp flying around all crazy? Who's bodies were those?
Like I said, I enjoyed the movie a lot, not so much the ending, though. I understood it and it tied in nicely, but I just longed for more.
Anyways, thank you for your opinions and insight.

1. Shows that even tho the hitman was a complete sociopathic killer, he had a method, an order of determining whether he kills or not. Ironically, his order of doing things involved the result of a random coin toss.
2. When the cowboy 1st meets the guy in the truck, the man is begging him 4 water. "I got no agua" says the cowboy and asks this dying man "where's the last man standing". He gets no response. The dying man says close the door b/c of the wolves. The cowboy doesn't listen and leaves the door open - total disregard for this poor guy. He doesn't touch the coke in the truck-bed, rather follows the trail of the last man standing for the money. Anyway, after he's home and trying to go to sleep - his conscience gets the best of him. Riddled w/ guilt he goes back - he's 2nd bad choice of the day.
3. Cleaning up the mess. People are as dispensable in the ol' west like old produce.

I think the Cohen brothers were showing the consequences of choices people make and how fate intervenes.

there is no real significance of any of the things you mentioned
1. coin scene = chance determining violence
2. the guy had a guilt trip
3. signifies how things were so simple in the past, i guess its kind of significant

1. He was going to kill the guy if he lost the coin toss. I think the point was just to show how crazy he was and that he was a man of his word.

2. The main character got out of bed because he could not sleep due to guilt of knowing he was letting a person die out there, so he went back with the water. "Agua."

3. I don't remember a scene with bodies in the back of a truck. Was it when the cop shows up at the hotel to find the dead body? If that's it, then those were not bodies in the back, but the mexican gang guys and they were fleeing the scene.

1. Anton is just trying to explain that the cointoss was his destiny, pretty straightforward.
2. Have you ever done anything that you felt guilty afterwards? And it just kept nagging and nagging at you until you did something to correct it? Well thats why he eventually went back, because it was his concience. Of course, its still very stupid of the character. I have to imagination I would just feel guilty for the rest of my life, rather than going back to that place.
3. No significance with the bodies under the tarp. They were the bodies from either the hotel shootout or the initial shootout in the desert. Sheriff Bell was just disgusted that the driver didn't have the decency to tie the tarp down and keep the bodies out of view.
