Not gun toting dinosaurs like the dinosaurs you saw in the first three films. These are genetically altered human/dinosaur hybrid beings that form a special tactics force. Human DNA is mixed with some dinosaur DNA to form a super fighting machine. Think of it as X-Men meets The Lizard from Spider-man.

Most dinosaurs had terrible eyesight, so this sounds very dangerous to me, unless the actor-dinosaurs will be firing blanks from their weapons!

if they had guns and rocket launchers and stuff strapped to them and people riding them, like that cartoon I can never remeber the name of, that would be cool... but I just can't see Raptors sneakin' through the jungle carryin' sniper rifles

Actually, this isn't entirely crazy. More than a bit daft yes, but not entirely crazy.
The us. military have used dolphins and pigeons in wars.
Now suppose for a second they wanted to send dinosaurs into a warzone with explosive or weapons stapped to them.
A dozen T-Rex would be effective in a battlezone. But if they were rigged to explode if they turned on US soldiers. OR if they sent Raptors with weapon into the caves in Afghanistan after Bin Laden.
It would kill the Franchise, but man what a laugh. Jurassic Park: Special Ops.
Actually it would make a better stand alone film... A black comedy.(Very Black!) I think I'll start the screenplay.
