the terminator would win because even his exoskeleton after having the spinal chord severed still had a go whereas robocop is still half man thus having certain weaknesses such as dieing!!
dude robocop got beat by a big magnet and the dudes just chopped him up in the chop shop, i would take sara conner against robocop, Terminator wouldn't even waste his time on him, he would just punch him in the only part of skin he has left and break his jaw, if i ever got in a gunfight with robocop that is where i would shoot him at

Terminator hands down. There's plenty of copies to destroy Robocop if one fails.
I reckon Robocop has the edge, he's got creativity which is something essential in warfare. He also has the ordnance to scan, identify and disassemble the terminator. He could probably even hack the terminator's cpu and reprogram him.
Terminator would win easy, but i agree with Xenobyte if Robocop can just get a slight edge and get hold of Terminator's processor by tactical means, then it's game, set and match to Robocop.
