Do you like remakes?!

Question: I agree the original is always better. But you got to admit some of them are done very good.

Answers: I agree the original is always better. But you got to admit some of them are done very good.

some times i like the new Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and outhes

If they are well done then I have no problem with them.

If I saw the original first, than the remake is terrible. But if I haven't seen the original, I have nothing to judge it against, so I'll probably like it more.

i think the remakes are always better..seriously their in color! lol..yea i went there..

Usually I prefer the remake. When the movie is really old such as King Kong I prefer the remake because the original was good for it's time but close ups of kids toys isn't as revolutionary now. On the other hand I usually like the original version of a early 90's movie. I cant think of many but the original Dalmatians was a classic but now they're retouching it and just doing random stuff and I don't like that so I'm kind of half and half .

I would normally agree that remakes aren't as good BUT . . . as much as the remake of "The Wickerman" sucked with Nick Cage, the original was SOOOO much worse!!!

i think most are done well enough that i enjoy them and think about it so many movies are remakes that we dont even know because they were done so long ago (for me at least)

i thought 3:10 to Yuma was good in fact it made me want to see the original (i didnt know it was a remake at first so my statement up top is proved) :)

If there is a genuine reason to do so and if done well. I also wound not mind if they remade a film that was done badly in the first place

The remake of Psycho was a turkey and a third

re-makes are usually better, coz the movie quality is improved and new actors are introduced.

so yes, i do welcome re-makes
