Why is Titanic so innaccurate?!

Question: everybody knows that it was sunk by a U Boat. This has been hidden for 95 years.

Answers: everybody knows that it was sunk by a U Boat. This has been hidden for 95 years.

I think it was actually because they were transporting a zeppelin to New York and the hydrogen exploded like the Hindenburg.

Looks like some people are taking your question way too seriously...

because it's a movie made in hollywood....they do that sometimes, you know, depict things inaccurately.

Sunk by a U-Boat?? Ummmmmmmm, Ok??

It was an iceberg

It is not inaccurate!! Before you criticize learn how to spell will ya?? Titanic was sunk by a iceburg at 11pm april of 1912.
This movie has been out for over 10 years and its a classic its THE most accurate movie of history. You must be young not to know this....Sorry kid.

You do realize that they were(and still are survivors) who can attest to the iceberg "story".

It's not inaccurate it was a very moving film. The only flaw was it was way too long. They should have cut it down.

why would they hide it? The Lusitania was sunk in 1915 by a U boat and everyone knows it. So agian why would they lie about the Titanic?

Sorry, but you're Waaaay off-base on this one! The Titanic was sunk by an iceberg(torn open beneath the waterline at the very most vulnerable spot. The tradgey was compunded by the lack of sufficiant emergency equipment(ie,lifeboats)and the insistance that the ship get to port in record time, navigating in what was known to be the most iceberg prone spot on the Atlantic Northern Sea.
However told you this U-boat nonsense should be severely dealt with for trying to trivialize an event of such magnitude into a crack-brained conspiracy theory.

There are inaccuaracies because all who survived the Titanic sinking had different views, of the event. Most were so horrified by what had happened, they were probably in shock, and could not remember vivid details of the sinking.

The Captain & crew had the most accurate details of the sinking, but they died with the ship.

Also it was the Britannic that hit a mine, and sank from an explosion, still contested as a torpedo. Sister ship to the Titanic.
Lusitania was struck by a torpedo from a u-boat May 7, 1915,. Lusitania was built by Cunard lines and looks like the Titanic.

It was not sunk by a U-boat. Olympic and Britannic wear as were other White Star ships. Titanic hit an iceberg. There were too many witnesses that saw it.
