Netflixes new releases?!
Question: How long do you have to wait for a new movie? I have American Gangster in my list since it came out and it says long wait, the movie is over a month old now and I still have to wait for it? thats kinda dumb for me. How long do you think "Hitman" will take before they ship it to me ( it came out 3-11-08)

It all depends on how many people wanted to rent it before you, how many copies they have out, and how many people are not returning it in a timely manner. Yes, you can horde movies when you rent for netflix, but I really don't understand why people don't want to rent more movies and send them back in a timely manner. Whatever.
Anyway, it could go from being 'Long Wait' to 'Now' in a manner of days or weeks depending how far down the line you are in getting it. Best of luck, and if you really want a new movies make sure you add it to your queue as soon as you can, and then move it to the top so you will be one of the first to get it in your district.
i don't know, i guess it depends on the demand for the title! i had "no country for old men" in my queue and got it the day it came out.
It depends on how long people keep the movies after they receive them. It is rather annoying.
