The Green Mile - the only difference in the book versus the movie was the book's old folks home nurses were really cruel to the patients and the movie skipped over that part with only one nurses assistant shown as a nice guy. Everything else was right on target, followed the book to a tee and is one of the best movies I have ever seen, even if it was a little hard to believe.
