Question: I know that Daniel, Emma and Rupert were contracted to do the seventh Harry Potter movie, but are they going to do the eighth as well, since they split the seventh book into two movies?

They're filming the 2 parts of book 7 concurrently, so it will have all the usual characters/actors... they just didn't want to cut any, so split it into 2 - 2 hour movies [and there was much rejoicing].
well technically the eighth is actually the seventh so they do have a contrac I think um hope I helped maybe
They've signed up to do the last two book/movies. Because the last book/movie is going to be split into two but will be filmed at the same time, they will be doing all eight of them.
I'm sure they would have announced any cast changes by now....

I stopped reading after book 5 --I hate to cry while reading and when I heard who all dies in the last 2 books ---well
