What kind of sniper rifles were used in "Hitman" and "Bourne Iden!
Question: The M40A1, and the Dragonuv were both used throughout the Bourne movies. Not sure what rifle is used in Hitman, I have yet to see it.
The M1 Garande is a rifle not a sniper rifle. It is no longer military issue. It was a standard rifleman's rifle back in WW2. Now it is just used for Drill, Ceremony, and Marching.

I' not certain but I do know that the favorite choice for military snipers is the M-1 Garande.
