The Miracle of Our Lady of Fatima aka Miracle of Fatima (1952)~Since you enjoyed "The Song of Bernadette", you also might appreciate this film. I'm not a Catholic, but I could connect with this story, as I did with "The Song of Bernadette".
The Cross and the Switchblade (1970)~It's not the greatest translation of a book to screen, but David Wilkinson's story is remarkable. From IMDB: "It's a great story of a clean cut and unworldly young white man from a small town in Pennsylvania who cuts through cultural barriers to reach a lost but gifted Latino from the barrios." This is Erik Estrada's film debut.
Father Damien: The Leper Priest (1980)
The Corn Is Green (both versions)
The Inn of the Sixth Happiness
Demetrius & the Gladiators
A Man Called Peter (1955)
Lilies of the Field (1963)
Mass Appeal (1984)
Wide Awake (1998)
Resurrection (1980)
The Hasty Heart
Meet John Doe
Phenomenon
Quo Vadis
The Robe
Dragonfly
Michael
Ben-Hur

It's a wonderful life

The Bells of St. Marys, Boys Town, The Ten Commandments.

Ben Hur - if you are not crying near the end, then you need a heart.
