I have got the link but it's in some tamil or madrasi language which I don't understand at all :(

You can buy the DVD in English at the movie's website www.outsourcedthemovie.com. They are distributing the film themselves so you know the money is going to pay the filmmakers instead of a studio. These free sites are all illegal and usually poor quality.
