I love that movie, it was one of my favorites from the 80s, I still watch it
Oh, no. You made me remember that! I didn't think it was very good - the mom telling the dead boyfriend that their son always reminded her of him - THEY WERE NOTHING ALIKE. Of course this was the 80's and making sense was a luxury.
Yes it was a very unique movie in the 80's while the others were all Brat Pack and similar to each other. I thought it also sent a really nice message that sometimes we focus on the wrong things when looking for a mate! I've seen Jason Gedrick in other things since but that's the most memorable.
