...I'm willing to bet that the film, and the scene of which you are definitely referring to, is from, is the riotous and ghoulish (...and as yet still unreleased on DVD) 1987 horror/comedy, "Blood Diner", which was a very lovingly trubute to the macabe and gory films of the great Herschell Gordon Lewis...
