Yes there will be a fourth Terminator film, the plot will be about what happens after skynet. But about The Rock being the new Terminator I think it's just a rumor, but it would be great if he got the part.

There is going to be a T4 but unfortnately Arnie won't be the t-800 and Cameron won't be directing it.
But I'm sure it will be alot better than that utter piece of garbage which was that diabolical T3: Rise of the machines!!
