I dont get this one joke from the movie Knocked Up, can someone explain?!

Its a joke based off the movie "Murderball". The movie "Murderball" is about people in wheelchairs play a sport and basically beating the crap out of each other.
it's not really supposed to be a joke. In the movie it's just showing how drunk, high and stupid Jonah is sometimes.

No. Murderball is a game that was created for people in wheelchairs to play. It's like dodgeball but more hardcore. The guys in wheelchairs are pretty rough and bang around with eachother.
It's quite physical and intense. A lot of the guys will deck out their wheelchairs and make them look like they're ready for battle.
