In the new movie 10000 B.C. anyone know what language they will be speaking?!
Question: Just curious but in the trailers I havent seen them talking at all. I believe at this point in time Writing was not invented yet, was there a sophisticated language developed by this point in time? anyeone Know if their will be a lot of dailogue in the movie?

Depends on the area you live in. In the area that I saw a trailer in, they were talking in english.

I understand it is supposed to be subtitled, but who knows what pre-neolithic language they will be simulating.
According to the director, he did not want to use an ancient language because he felt it would not be as emotionally engaging. So the language used in the movie will be English. And yes there will be a normal amount of dialogue. :)
