Its the main Nazi guy. The really awful one who shoots people from his balcony and beats that servant girl up because he is turned on by her. I dont remember his name in the movie but his real name is Ralph Fiennes.
He went by the name of Amon Goeth. The actor who played him was Ralph Fiennes though . . . . .
