On Die Hard 2?!
Question: On Die Hard 2 were you happy that William Atherton has gotten a much bigger role as Richard Thornberg who was the sleazy and obnoxious reporter?
For some reason I thought he was, he made the movie alot more fun to watch and the movie IMHO would've been alot worse and more boring if it wasn't for William Atherton's performance as Richard Thornberg.

I don't think is was a case of being happy with him and thus giving him a bigger role. If that was true then Hollie (Bonnie Bedila) would have been in the 3rd one. Atherton's role was naturally picked up from where the first one left off, it meshed well with the plot of the movie, without him how was everyone else in the airport supposed to know there were terrorists (he had that little radio thing and was giving an interview from the plane bathroom)
Are you William Atherton? You were the bomb in Die Hard and Die Hard 2.
