OMG thats my favorite movie i got it on dvd the first day it came out i paid full price !lol i fvckin love ive watched it about 30 times!! everyone else that i make watch it doesnt understand the wonderfullness of jarhead! LOVE ITTTT
I thought it was awful. It seemed to have a distinct lack-of-point.
It didn't sit well with me.

I admit there were a couple of nice sequences. I thought the football game was done well. But a film is not a collection of music videos.
He also directed American Beauty and Road to Perdition. Two of the most pretentious flicks of the last ten years.
