I believe it's just a silly nickname Owen Wilson's character calls Vince Vaughn. I've heard it before on other movies and TV shows as well. I'm not sure if there is any real meaning to it. Also, according to the subtitles, it's spelled "ganoosh."

Baba ghanoush is a middle eastern food made from egglant. It's similar to Hummus (and quite delicious). Not sure about the reason for the repeating but it does sound funny.
